GAMEIRO PREFERS ATLETI TO BARCA
Kevin Gameiro would prefer a move to Atletico Madridover a transfer to Barcelona, according to AS.
The France forward is wanted by both Spanish clubs after netting 29 times for Sevilla last season.
AS claims Gameiro has indicated he is more receptive to a move to Atleti, who have identified the striker as their primary attacking target on the back of Chelsea’s refusal to negotiate the sale of Diego Costa.
Sevilla had initially insisted they would only sell the striker if his €40m buyout clause, but Cadena SER de Sevilla reports the Europa League champions have asked Atletico for a fee of €30m plus a further €5m in add-ons.

The Argentina international has agreed a contract until 2020 with the Serie A champions worth £6.3m per season.
Juventus have paid his full release clause after Higuain completed his medical in Madrid on Friday.
Once confirmed by the clubs, the transfer will become the most expensive deal in Serie A history.

Hearts defender Tony Watt believes his return to Scottish football will improve his chances of playing for the national side.
'MATUIDI CAN LEAVE PSG'
New PSG boss Unai Emery says Blaise Matudi can leave this summer.
The midfielder has been linked with a move to Manchester United, and Emery told L'Equipe: "He is a very good player. We have a lot of left-footed defensive midfielders.
"If he has the opportunity to leave and if he thinks there are too many midfielders here… But I do not want him to go."
BUXTON JOINS WIGAN
Defender Jake Buxton has left Derby to sign a three-year deal with Wigan
IMMOBILE ON THE MOVE
Sky in Italy are reporting that Ciro Immobile is moving from Sevilla to Lazio.
The forward has apparently had a medical and is training with his new team.
He has cost Lazio 8.5m euros and has penned a five-year deal.
HULL KEEN TO STRENGTHEN
Hull have yet to make a signing in this transfer window, but they could still look to bring new faces in before a new head coach is appointed, according to Sky sources.
We understand the vice chairman Ehab Allam, who is in charge of transfers, is consulting with caretaker boss Mike Phelan and chief scout Stan Ternent on potential signings.
Hull are in need of reinforcements after losing captain Michael Dawson, defenders Alex Bruce and Moses Odubajo and keeper Alan McGregor to long-injuries in pre-season.
And they could strengthen their squad before the end of the week.
SANE WANTS TO LEAVE SCHALKE
Manchester City target Leroy Sane has informed Schalke he wants to leave the club this summer, according to Sky sources in Germany.

GOMIS SET FOR MARSEILLE
Bafetimbi Gomis is close to joining Marseille on loan after they agreed a deal with Swansea for the striker.
Gomis scored in each of his first four Premier League games last season but then only struck three more times in 31 appearances.
He was left out of Swansea's 5-1 friendly win at Bristol Rovers on Saturday ahead of his season-long switch back to his homeland.
The 30-year-old moved to the Liberty Stadium two years ago from Lyon and has scored 17 goals in 71 appearances, 42 of them as a starter.
MORGAN: MAHREZ MUST FOCUS
Leicester captain Wes Morgan has told Riyad Mahrez to ignore the continued speculation over his future.
Boss Claudio Ranieri has repeatedly said he expects last season's PFA Player of the Year to stay at the King Power Stadium having already lost N'Golo Kante to Chelsea.
And with Arsenal linked with a move for the 25-year-old, Morgan has urged the Algeria international to stay focused on the Foxes.
"I'm sure it's expected, we won the league and the bigger teams are going to try and poach our best players," he told ESPN FC.
"You know, as a player, you can't really take much notice to that. We just have to do what we do best. Get on the training field, and keep focus on our job.
"There is going to be speculation and it's sad to see N'Golo Kante go but we've got new players in now and everyone is settled in well and we're just training hard and looking forward to the season."
VIETTO SET TO TURN DOWN BARCA
Atletico Madrid striker Luciano Vietto is set to turn down a move to Barcelona in favour of a loan deal with Sevilla, Sky sources understand .
Vietto, who joined Atletico from Villarreal last summer, was one of the La Liga champion's primary summer transfer targets as Luis Enrique pursues back up to Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Neymar.
However, the 22-year-old appears to favour a loan move to Sevilla to play under new manager Jorge Sampaoli.

POGBA UPDATE
Sky Italia reporter Valentina Fass says Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba is in advanced talks with Manchester United but negotiations over agents' fees could hold up the deal...
'SUNDERLAND NEED STRIKER'
Jermain Defoe was their main man last season, but Niall Quinn thinks Sunderland need to sign another forward this summer.
The Black Cats appointed David Moyes on a four-year deal on Saturday after Sam Allardyce was confirmed as the new England manager.
Former Sunderland striker Quinn, who was chairman of the club between 2006 and 2011, believes Moyes' first task at the Stadium of Light is to find support for Defoe.
"Relying on Jermain Defoe to keep Sunderland in the league or indeed push up the league, I don't think they can go through the year with just that," Quinn told Sky Sports News HQ.
"I think it would be encouraging if Sunderland were to sign another proven goalscorer."
MORE ON LACAZETTE...
A bit more info on the striker as we understand Arsenal made a £29.3m offer early in the summer and had no response from Lyon, which constitutes a rejection.
West Ham also had a £31m offer rejected in May.
Lyon don’t feel they have to sell Lacazette this summer as they received £21m for Samuel Umtiti from Barcelona
LYON REJECT ARSENAL LACAZETTE BID
Lyon have released a statement saying they have not received a €48m offer from Arsenal for Alexandre Lacazette, contrary to a report in Le Progres.
The statement reads: "The club regrets yet again that Le Progres did not decide to contact us before publishing this false information that has created confusion on the day where the Group, on the stock exchange, publishes its annual accounts showing €218.1m, a progression of 111% from 2014/15.
"The reality is that the club Arsenal made an offer worth €35m, which Lyon did not follow up on for one reason: OL will keep Alexandre Lacazette who is irreplaceable and who is one of the main leaders in Bruno Genesio’s squad."
BREAKING NEWS
Less than a year after joining and 11 days before the start of the season...
BURNLEY KNOCKED BACK...AGAIN
Burnley have reportedly seen a third bid for Brighton’s Dale Stephens rejected.
According to the Lancashire Telegraph, the Clarets have improved on their opening offer of £4m, but have again been rebuffed.
ZLATAN TO FOLLOW IN RVP'S FOOTSTEPS?
He’s surely been the signing of the summer so far in the Premier League, and Bryan Robson thinks Zlatan Ibrahimovic can propel Manchester United to the title, just like Robin van Persie.
Van Persie joined United at the age of 29 in 2012 and won the league in his first season.
“Zlatan is 34 and it would have been nice to get him at 28 or 29, something like that, but the way he played for PSG last year showed he has a lot to offer still and he looks really fit,” former United midfielder Robson told MUTV.
“I think back to Sir Alex’s last year when everybody talked about Robin van Persie’s age and his injuries when he joined, but he won us the title with his goals that season. Hopefully Zlatan can do the same.
“He will take the pressure off Wayne Rooney as well. Every time we’ve had a bad result the excuse is that Wayne didn’t play particularly well. The pressure has always been on him to perform and Zlatan will take that away from Wayne a wee bit, so Wayne can relax and enjoy his game.”
SAKHO FUTURE IN DOUBT?
Mamadou Sakho has been sent home from Liverpool's tour of the United States by Jurgen Klopp, with Sky sources understanding there have been concerns about his attitude.
The 26-year-old was not due to take part in any of his side's warm-up fixtures against Chelsea, AC Milan and Roma because of an Achilles problem and will also miss the start of the new Premier League season.
However, Liverpool included Sakho and other injured players on the tour to keep the squad together ahead of the new campaign.
But those plans have been thwarted with concerns raised over the French international's attitude on the tour and he has been sent home early to continue his recovery from injury at Melwood.
Sakho angered Klopp by turning up late for Liverpool's flight to the United States.

Some more news on Paul Pogba, whose future is apparently being held up by a row.
The Sunreport that his agent, Mino Raiola, wants £25m for brokering the deal, and Juventus are not willing to pay that.
It is claimed that Manchester United and Raiola are happy for both clubs to pay £12.5m, but Juve do not want to pay anything.

His agent met the club yesterday to finalise a contract and a fee of £6m has been agreed.
Smith has flown home from the United States, where Liverpool are on their pre-season tour, for a medical.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
Here's Paul Pogba, still enjoying his holidays as his transfer saga rolls on, along with his agent Mino Raiola.

FOXES TARGET KAPUSTKA
Leicester have made a £5.25m bid for Poland’s 19-year old winger Bartosz Kapustka, according to Sky sources.
The midfielder was one of Poland’s most talked about players during Euro 2016 after starring in their win over Northern Ireland.
SSN HQ understands Leicester made an enquiry to his club side Cracovia during the Euros and have now submitted a bid.
Leicester face competition for Kapustka’s signature with clubs in the Premier League, Germany, Spain and the Netherlands all registering an interest.
VIETTO SET FOR SEVILLA
Luciano Vietto will reportedly join Sevilla on loan from Atletico Madrid for the 2016/17 season.
Diario de Sevilla say a deal has been signed and a purchase clause added that will give Sevilla the chance to buy the forward at the end of the campaign.
Vietto only joined Atletico last summer but had a disappointing debut season.

According to Sky sources, two players who could be on their way out of Vicarage Road are midfielder Almen Abdi and striker Steven Berghuis.
Abdi was a regular in Watford's first team last season but he is being linked with a move down to the Sky Bet Championship with Sheffield Wednesday.
Berghuis joined the Hornets from AZ Alkmaar but all nine of his Premier League appearances came off the bench. Feyenoord are interested in taking the 24-year-old back to the Eredivisie.
REAL FEAR KROOS EXIT
Real Madrid fear Manchester City could poach Toni Kroos, despite Blues distancing themselves from the Germany international.
Spanish publication Marca claim there is concern at the Bernabeu that City boss Pep Guardiola try to reunite with Kroos, who he managed at Bayern Munich, after Real made is clear they want to sign Paul Pogba.
Kroos left Bayern for Madrid in 2013 and has won two Champions league titles during his time in the Spanish capital.
WATFORD INTERESTED IN BOUFAL
Watford are one of a number of clubs interested in Lille forward Sofiane Boufal, Sky sources understand.
The Ligue 1 club are believed to value the 22-year-old Morocco international at more than £15m.
Boufal joined Lille from Angers in January 2015 and he scored 12 goals in 35 appearances last season, also securing his first Morocco call for an Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Cape Verde.
He is understood to be interested in a move to the Premier League club should Watford and Lille be able to agree a fee.
MADRID CONCEDE JESUS DEFEAT
Real Madrid appear to have conceded defeat to Manchester City in the race to sign Gabriel Jesus, reports the Manchester Evening News.

'ALL THE BEST, JOE'
ALLEN COMPLETES STOKE MOVE
Stoke City have confirmed the signing of Wales midfielder Joe Allen from Liverpool.
The Reds last week accepted Stoke's bid for their midfielder, whose performances helped Wales reach the semi-finals at Euro 2016 this summer.
And the 26-year-old has signed a five-year contract for a fee understood to be £13m, ending a four-year spell at Anfield to become Stoke's second signing of the summer following Ramadan Sobhi's move on Monday.
Allen followed Brendan Rodgers from Swansea to Liverpool in 2012 but found his first-team chances limited after Rodgers was replaced by Jurgen Klopp in October.
Injuries contributed to a total of just eight Premier League starts last season, and Allen had just one year to run on his deal.
BREAKING NEWS
Stoke sign Liverpool midfielder Joe Allen on five-year deal.
MARSEILLE STILL WANT THAUVIN
Marseille are still interested in Florian Thauvin despite the Frenchman being given a second chance at Newcastle United by Rafa Benitez, report the Newcastle Chronicle.
Thauvin’s career on Tyneside looked over after he was loaned back to Marseille and he was keen to return to Ligue 1 after signing off the campaign in fine style for the French club.
Marseille have been back in contact with Newcastle over a new loan in the last couple of weeks, but the Magpies are thought to have rejected Marseille’s attempts to sign Thauvin on a similar loan to the one negotiated in January.
Benitez is understood to be happy with the way Thauvin has worked in pre-season, and the club are not willing to budge on their valuation for of the winger.
