City have been named as one of the clubs interested in 21-year-old
Ecuadorian striker Jose Angulo following comments made by his agent to the Guardian.
Angulo currently plays for little known club Indepeniente del Valle, who are due to play in the two legged Copa Libertadores final against Atletico Nacional of Colombia this week.
"So far Stoke and Monaco have shown an interest but I’m sure when the Copa Libertadores final game is played there will be other Premier League clubs involved," Matias Lipman revealed to the newspaper.
